Charleston Place Senior Housing Developments
Charleston Place is a community of 84 apartments located in Kendall Park and financed through the USDA Rural Development with project-based rental subsidies. To qualify, you must meet all eligibility requirements:
- Head of household or spouse must be 62 years old or over, OR
- Handicapped or Disabled as defined in Section 223 of the Social Security Act.
- Your annual household income must be less than the annual published federal income limits for Middlesex County.
Maximum rental is 30% of adjusted household income.
