Independent Living
Citizens for Independent Living is a community of 11 apartments located in Monmouth Junction, NJ. The project is financed through the HUD Section 811 housing for disabled persons with project based rental subsidies. To qualify, you must meet the eligibility requirements.
- 18 years old or over with a developmental disability that manifested before the person attains age 22.
- Your annual household income must be less than the annual published federal income limits for Middlesex County.
