Senior Residence
Oak Woods Senior Residence is a community of 73 apartments located in Monmouth Junction, NJ and is financed through HUD’s Section 202 Supportive Housing for the Elderly with project based rental subsidies. To qualify, you must meet the eligibility requirements:
- Head of household or spouse must be 62 years old or over.
- Your annual household income must be less than the annual published federal income limits for Middlesex County.
Monthly rental is 30% of adjusted household income.
